Asian veggie stir fry with quinoa

I love making this stir fry and it's so easy

Usually I use a mixture of broccoli, carrots, peppers, beans (or snap peas)

So this week...

1 cup carrots chopped
1 package sugar snap peas *about 210g
2 cups broccoli chopped
.5 cup red pepper chopped

3tbsp italian dressing
2tbsp california/catalina dressing
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp sesame seeds

I also used a thai seasoning that I had that includes lime and ginger because I didn't have fresh ginger on hand

Throw it all in a wok or large frying pan and cook it on low

I cooked up 3/4 cup of quinoa (in 1.5 cups of water)

It made 3 lunch servings for a total of 305 calories
