What are good protein sources without fat?

I have just started with MFP.
I have no problem keeping my carbs in goal, but I frequently have too much fat and not enough protein. I eat chicken and turkey mostly, and I use limited amounts of EVOO to cook.
I work from home when I am not traveling. However I am just an average cook. Nothing fancy. When I travel, I get rooms with a fridge so I don't have to go to restaurants for all meals. Still low fat deli meats and low fat laughing vow cheese are not the best protein options.
What are other good protein sources without fat? Should I try protein powders?

Lean proteins include chicken and fish, but I think the bigger question here is why you are trying to avoid fat. When I first started on here, I found the default protein and fat goals to be rather low. So unless you have another reason other than MFP has set it to a specific goal, I might not worry too much about going over your fat goals (unless your way over). I know I didn't really answer your question...just some food for thought (no pun intended).0
