Suggestions to increase protein while decreasing fat

I just started with MFP.
Despite my best efforts my daily totals for protein are too low and fats are too high. Not by large amounts, but I ENT to do better b
At home I am a cook with average ability, but work full time so hours in the kitchen is not an option. I already do chicken breast and low fat ground turkey frequently. My family doesn't like fin fish, although I do.
I also travel for work 20-25% of the time. I get rooms with a fridge so I can control my food somewhat.
I'd appreciate any ideas.

Protein Shake is an easy way to consume more protein. If you just substitute a meal rich in fats with a protein shake, you should be able to do both simultaneously.0

Hi
This may help:http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/926789-protein-sources
I find greek yogurt (as well as protein powder) to be very helpful with getting protein up.
Do not worry too much about going over fats (as long as it does not take you over calories or take up enough of your calorie allotment to not allow for a balanced diet).0 -
Thank you both!
Saruk2sf the table is awesome. Considering g protein/calorie for the protein source is an awesome idea.0
