How the challenges will work

Starting tomorrow I would like for everyone to post their starting weight and their goal weight. The goal weight can be for the week or your ultimate goal weight or both. Its up to you to accept any or all challenges. It will include working out, eating right, drinking enough water, enough sleep, reduce stress ect ect. Then on Sundays the challenges will be posted and start. If you dont feel like taking part in them this week but will in the future its fine its all up to you when you want to join in or not. Still not sure how long itll last for but would like to keep it going for a while. If you get to your ultimate goal weight and wish to continue thats up to you also.
