Jalapeno Poppers Recipe

Someone had asked for this recipe and I thought I would post it here instead of the general boards because there seems to be hostility towards the Low Carb Lifestyle by some of those who follow other plans.
The Jalapeno Poppers are so easy to make and so yummy!
Fresh Jalapenos
Cream Cheese
Bacon
Just clean the peppers/remove the seeds, slice in half lengthwise and then cut each half...so you get 4 pieces per pepper.
Fill each piece with cream cheese.
Wrap a 1/2 piece of bacon around each piece, keep ends tucked under the bottom.
Place on a foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 mins at 350 degree oven, on middle rack.
Broil for an additional few minutes, to the crispiness of bacon you desire.
These are exceedingly delicious. Only a few carbs in the peppers and with the fat, they are super filling too.
Great as a snack but I had them as my dinner!

I'm a fan of these poppers too!! SO easy...I usually place mine on a rack also so that the bacon grease can drip onto the cookie sheet0
