Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself, I'm Tim. Working on taking off 60lbs at 41 yrs of age. I'm finding harder to lose than when I was younger. Now if I can keep up the focus and motivation required to keep doing this for more than a month I'll have a pretty good shot at accomplishing my goal. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips. I've joined a gym this week and have been there twice so far. Did back, tris, and bis, and was so sore since I haven't lifted in a while, but healing now. Did 20 minutes of cardio the next day. So far I've lost 6lbs but I think it's mostly water weight. Was at 312lbs to start last week, now just have to be consistent I guess. :happy:
