Rest Days?

I train pretty hard five days a week. My question is, on rest days should I up my calories ( trying for 1,850 net at the moment ) to reach my 220g protein goal?

    Not sure what you're asking. On rest days, keep protein the same as training days and reduce your carb intake.

    Eat about 100-150 kcal less than on training days. Like charlieibelin said reduce carbs and fats. Same number of protein :)

    i ussually reduce my carbs intake but leave fats the same or increase them by adding them into meals where cho use to be. You are growing on your rest days remember this, recovery is essential to growth. calories help recovery

    When I was doing a mini cut I'd only drop my carbs, ususally by around 20% on rest days. Just started reverse dieting and eating the same amount rest day or not.
