sugar withdrawl

Thought I'd share this warning for anyone who plans on having days or periods of time off of plan.

Holy crap, we let our selves have carbs during the holidays and I went kind of sugar crazy with regular soda and lots of candy and chocolate. By the end of day 2 back on Keto I was feeling horrible and my migraines were really bad. Next time we have a break I am not going to go so crazy, that was NOT fun.
