Newbie - Victorian

Hi everyone
OK , I'm 47 have 15kg's to lose and have decided that 2014 is the year to do it.
I'm joining because I like the idea of support on my journey. I've also just started C25 jog/walk - so far ok.
Im also trying to minimise but not remove wheat from my diet.
I'm an office worker so I sit a lot on my bottom and need to move more and reduce my waistline for health reasons.
