It starts in the KITCHEN: what'd you eat today!?

Ok, so my diet has been the hardest party of this journey... people have different struggles. For some it's the gym. For some it's the plate.
I read one quote that said something like... "It takes more discipline to control what you put in your mouth for 23 hours than it does to workout for 1."
But, anyway... to each his/her own.
Today I ate: (Slept in and didn't eat until 1 pm after church)
Brunch 2 pancakes, fried egg, turkey bacon
snack: 1 cup of some green juice I made with my vitamix
After exercise snack: 1 cup green juice
Dinner: 3 oz salmon, broccoli, 1/2 cup of soup...
appetite was not too great after all that exercise.
2 cinnamon bun rolls (small ones not grands)

I'm following the WW Simple Start Plan for 2 weeks at least. Trying to decide if it's a plan I can live with. I know it's easier for me to just have a list of things to eat and not eat.
On the plus side, I've been eating lots of fruits today (they are included in the plan). limiting sugar, no fast food today. So all in all I can't complain!!
Anyone want to share what they've been eating to lose weight?0
