Okay, well, all of you did a very good job last week. Keep it up. As long as we keep it up and focus we will reach our goals. I did not lose last week, but I cannot get frustrated because if I do I will give up and that is NOT AN OPTION! :-)0

Way to hold strong and drink the crappy beer! I know that's tough - the winter brews are my favorites. I had a snowdrift vanilla porter last night as a treat and it put me over on calories but I couldn't watch my husband drink his any more!!0
