Cuddles, most days I am up and exercising by 5 am. My exercises include a lot of aerobics that give me quite a few steps. Most days I have 8-10,000 steps in by 8 am. During the week I watch my grandkids ages 6 and under. Their house is fairly large with a lot of steps. If I stil have any energy left, I might do a short jog in the evening. It is actually harder for me to get the steps in on the weekends and Sundays are the hardest because I only have a short time in the morning to exercise before we have to go to volunteer at church and then sitting in church and some of the other Sunday activites are less proned to steps.0
