Help me make a training routine please!

I am training for a Super Spartan in May. I have been doing stronglifts for about a year now and I am making great progress with the program. I have done a little running but not nearly enough for a 8 mile race. So can anyone help me figure out how to keep doing stronglifts and when to add the running in? Thanks!
