    Goal Weight: 60kg (but maybe 62kg is more realistic - would be happy with either!). A VLA test concluded my ideal weight is 64.6kg. Was there earlier this year, then chunked up again. Depressingly, the same test concluded that my nutritional requirement is a mere 1578 calories per day - eek!

    Starting Body Fat % (if known): 27.62% (this is from my VLA test in September) - this is based on % of body fat vs total body weight.
    Goal Body Fat %: 27% maybe? This is supposed to be my ideal.

    Personal goal (written as an affirmation): I am going back to Scotland in May for a holiday (plus some European trips - yay!). I will be at my ideal weight for my holidays.

    Personal goal (written as an affirmation): Its the 22nd April as I step on the scales and see the numbers spin to 84. I'm lighter, fitter and feeling good. I know the next leg of my goal is achievable because I've proven I can reprogram my brain, habits and emotions.

    Starting Body Fat % (if known): USMC calculator puts me at 24% so I'll use that as a baseline to monitor my changes
    Goal Body Fat %: 15%

    Personal goal (written as an affirmation): After hovering at the same weight for a while, a push over the last three months has seen me get to my lowest ever adult weight and I'm starting to get rid of this horrid spare tyre!

    I'll be aiming for a 2000 calorie average per day (total, not net). With my average exercise of 2500-3000 cals per week this should create a 500 cal daily deficit. The keys will be:

    Sticking to this reduced intake each day (I'll allow a periodic re-feed if adherence is becoming an issue)
    Two to three bike rides and 4 gym sessions per week.

    I've been stuck at this same weight +/- a couple of kgs for about a year now, I know it'll take some real effort to get leaner - time to make it happen.

    Personal goal (written as an affirmation): I will continue to meal prep work lunches, exercise 5-6 out of 7 days each week, drink at least 2L water each day, log daily, maintain a calorie deficit, take 1 rest day a week where I will relax my diet and muscles. By meeting all of these targets I will continue to rebuild muscle and reduce body fat. By the end of this group I would like to be back in size 10-12 bottoms. I have no specific target with cm or weight, my main goal is fitness, overall size and bf%.
