how is everyone pushing on? todays workout was good for me except the squat jumps who ever invented that move is not my friend lol

Cardio power and resistance was much better this time around. Shlepped through it without stopping. Not pretty, but i made it. I felt so good afterward i went for a 6 mile run. I am looking forward to dinner right now.0

I agree! I don't get too much into those jumps because someone lives below me and I don't want to sound like i'm about to go crashing through the floor lol.
Otherwise, it was much better. I took less breaks this time (i still took more than them), and I didn't want to shoot myself halfway through this time. I hope today goes well too0
