How much are you guys eating with insanity? I'm 5'4 and 134lbs. I have no idea how many calories i'm supposed to be taking in. I don't want to crash and burn but I think i'll have a hard time eating like 1800+ calories. I'm burning about 400 calories with each workout. And tips?
The first week I was sore to the point I was walking like Frankenstein, second week the pain went away and now I'm in the third week and am not sore at all. I just did pure cardio & and this morning and I'm still going hard like I did on day one I'm just wondering if that's normal?? Eating clean too!
so today I was able to last much longer during the exercise then I previously did. But that meant I burned out before ski jumps. Ski jumps and basketball hoops were my biggest challenges today. How about you guys?

I like to do my workouts in the morning to get them out of the way, but I have found that I am hungry/sleepy and am not able to put in maximum effort.
