so today I was able to last much longer during the exercise then I previously did. But that meant I burned out before ski jumps. Ski jumps and basketball hoops were my biggest challenges today. How about you guys?

    Ski jumps and ski abs are my two worst execises. Not looking forward to the next cardio abs either. Ugh.
