Ok so the Fit test again. Overall I see improvement. I am only disappointed in the globe jump as I only got one set higher than last time. How did you guys do?

I've got to say I did much better on all my exercises. To be honest I was very disappointed in myself first time around - the biggest difference for me was that; yes it was hard, but I wasn't feeling sick with exhaustion. I think more thank anything my cardio endurance has significantly increased:
1. Switch Kicks 86 108
2. Power Jacks 39 44
3. Power Knees 65 101
4. Power Jumps 24 47
5. Globe Jumps 4 8
6. Suicide Jumps 7 15
7. Push-Up Jacks 15 23
8. Low Plank Oblique 20 500 -
Overall, I'm excited about my improvements, and I can't wait to see the fit test results in 3 weeks!!

I did better, but nothing left in the tank at the end. First time I took longer breaks in between exercises. This time I was able to do the dvd without hitting pause. So definitely a huge improvement that is not revealed in the numbers alone. So far down 8lbs since Jan 6. Woohoo! Ok, I have been running and lifting on top of insanity, so i can't attribute it all to insanity. But woohoo none the less.

Globe jumps. 8/11
Suicide jumps 10/20
Push-up jacks. 20/40
Low plank oblique. 20/600 -
I was honesty really upset because I had gained weight, but I have lost 3.5 inches in two weeks and my fit test is much better!
These are my 2nd fit test results! (I'm really excited!!!)

Power Jumps: 25 (6 more)
