I'm tough, o yeah!!

Completed (more than) 14 minutes of arms, shoulders, glutes, and pushups, before any of you were out of bed. ;)

Now, I'm wiped out. Let's see what you can do!! Come on, Be Tough!!

    100 granny push ups: 10
    50 push ups on the stairs: 10
    50 triceps dips: 10
    5 planks: 1

    Sims, you're really amazing. Those numbers are awesome.

    My goals today:
    100 granny push ups: 30
    50 push ups on the stairs: 20
    50 triceps dips: 25 (my arms are really sore from doing these yesterday. I'm the Queen of Flubber as far as my arms go, but that's going to change)
    5 planks: 1

    Walking to work now in the rain.

    Woo hoo, you all are TOUGH!!

    You inspired me to push out 10 real pushups!! And a plank!

    Abs time! A little belly dancing to some hip hop ought to do it. ;)

    ETA - Was in the mood for Iron Maiden and Metallica, so I did some standing abs exercises instead. Oh, now I hear some hip hop playing - off to 'get me bodied'!
