Hi..new to the group. Only just started Yayog 1st Class. Just finished my 2nd workout. Am doing burpees inbetween ladder sets to keep the heart rate up but so far i am loving it. I have met the requirements for Master but want to get a feel for it doing 1st Class initially.

Welcome! I just started using the DVDs this week. I'm on novice, so have a long way to get to where you are! lol

Tomorrow is week5 of the basic program for me, enjoying it so far and it's quite a different kind of training for me. Measurement day tomorrow so keen to see what the tape measure says!0

Hello there,
like Fit with Vic I'm starting week 5 in 2 Days. Made my last week4 Workout yesterday< and got 2 days left of the week. Maybe I'll start today because the Core Training at the end of week4 isn't that hard 4 me because I got a strong core due to my Hobby (Paintball).
I'm amazed how good are my results so far. So far I found 2 very usefull tips:
1. If you have the possibility let someone watch over your training. My wife always controls my movements to avoid me making wrong moves. This will increase your gain and it will make your training WAY harder. But then you do it as it was invented.
2. If you are using the App YAYOG wich I really like. Download the additional Video Pack. For me it was like an eye opener to some exercises.
