Based on a article I was perusing....
1) Concentrated Juices - All sugar, no fiber, increases insulin levels.
2) Margarine - Use butter instead as it has fats that the body can handle better. If you have to use margarine
3) Whole Wheat Breads and other "high carbs" (pasta, bread, wine, pancakes, etc.). You need low carbs such a veggies. There needs to be a balance of high-carbs and low-carbs, ensuring you have the right amount of proteins.
4) Some Soy products if they are highly processed - can include soy milk. I do not have much detail on this. but of course, stay away from as many processed foods as possible.
5) Corn - Apparently they can store fats. The main problem is that a lot of corn is now generically modified and it is these that apparently promote weight gain.
