week two day two. agility x is on deck....post when you completed!!! Also I's like to know what you use for your marker target guilds.... do you use tape??? I have used checkers and then little pieces of paper they kept moving around...not the best, but I got the job done.

I came rushing home from work to fit in AgilityX before rushing off to dinner with old friends. That was a big win for me because it is something I would NEVER have done in the past!
I am proud of myself and how I subconciously prioritize exercise now.
AgilityX was also easier than last week but consequently I had a lower Avg heart rate (142) and max heart rate (172) during the workout. This meant that I burnt 70 fewer calories than last week... 290kcal. How can I turn up the intensity?
Note: I have weak plantar fascia and not the best knees so jumping crazy heights is out of the question for me.0 -
ways to increase intensity. jump higher, faster, add weights. My heart rate doesn't seem to be going up as high as it used to. I think we are getting more healthy...doesn't take as much effort to spike so high...we are able to do a lot more with less effort. THIS IS A GOOD THING. you will actually start burning more calories after your done working out than you do during because of this...your body is adapting so quickly..that is why the program workouts change every month.0
