Got in a quick 30 minute circuit with my trainer early this morning and did a lot of leisurely walking today. We also ate lunch out but I pre-planned what I was going to order so it was easy staying under and I was even able to get in my favorite dessert.....apple cobbler, even though I did skip the ice cream!0 -
