Hello all,
So I just joined this group and I think a big help would be weekly blogs shared. I started mine its right on this website and just broke down my back story where the extra weight came from and what my goals are. I also explained what I have been feeling physically and mentally thus far from my new diet and work out plans. I think weekly it would be also helpful to wrote what goals we reached mine is 2 pounds lost every week and what we are struggling with etc. By reading each other's blogs it will really help give a sense of "you are not alone" you will be amazed at how you are struggling with the same things and or same thoughts as others. Ill post a link with mine here soon.
