Another week! How are you all doing?

I feel like I am settling into somewhat of a routine. My weekends are definitely the hardest -- being at home most of the day.

This week, I am going to focus on drinking more water.

What are you finding easier than you thought? Harder?

Thanks for doing this with all of us! It really helps to have a group to help encourage.

    I agree that weekends are the hardest. During the week I pretty much worry about myself for breakfast, lunch and snacks and the weekends I have to prepare all that for my family. It helps that my husband is doing it too!

    I find that I'm not as hungry as a week ago, I still have calories left at the end of the day and I'm content.

    This week's goal is to get on the treadmill as much as I hate it :)

    I was able to get in all 3 workouts I planned, and kept within my calories. Still struggling with my depression, but I started a new medication today and hoping things will turn around :)
