My boys were preemies and at 3 (their birthday was Tuesday) they are still not even on the growth charts. They are picky eaters, so I let them have what I know they will eat and try to add calories everywhere I can for them. Calories/Meals
How many calories do you give yourself a day? I am given 1300 a day to lose 1lb a week, some days I struggle and feel like I am famished by bedtime. Do you have any go to meals/snacks that are low calorie?
Inspiration?
Any books, websites, or forums that you ladies are finding helpful or encouraging? I am looking for inspiration to help keep me on track. So far I have found a facebook page called "Joy in Jessica's journey" but not much else.

Watching Football makes me snack!
Ack! The Seahawks are in the playoffs. That's GREAT! But that means the whole family is excited to watch the game together... and SNACK! I'm going to be pro-active and put out a vegetable tray -- but that won't stop the rest of them from eating unhealthy. And that will tempt me! Pray for strength for me! :sad:
