^^ lol. I really laughed at this when I first saw it.
As a matter of fact, I AM training my rest muscle today. It's the only one that's not still sore this week! :huh: Yeah, anyway, still sore, so I wouldn't even know where to begin at the gym. Actually, since I combined 2 planned workouts this week, I ended up ahead anyway. I have since re-worked my weekly workout plan to look more like this week anyway (in two big workout days at the gym, one at home, one running day, and a spare day for "make-up" or extra). I like the plan because I only have to "for sure" make it to the gym 2x/week and since there always seems to be something interfering, i think this will work.
Anyway, will take lil girl with me to pick up son and take him to tutor and then go shopping, so plenty of activity (such as lazy girl carrying) in the plan today.

Rest day for me today due to the gym being closed this morning for a base exercise. I plan on getting into the gym Saturday morning hopefully be able to run but they are calling for rain in the forcast.0
