New to the Group

Hi Ladies,
I love what this group is all about. I am glad I joined. I am working on living a healthier lifestyle and getting shape for a vacation in March. Any tips on motivation would be a big help.

    Welcome to the group!! Where are you going on vacation?

    I don't have much advice for motivation. My Wii Fit game likes to tell me to "imagine my ideal body" when exercising though, haha!

    Remember that you will see a much bigger change in your body through diet than through exercise (strength training especially) in the two months you have until your vacation. Long-term, you will definitely see great results from exercise, but with your limited time frame, focusing hard on staying under your calories will make the biggest change.

    Welcome! And I agree with the PP, diet is everything if you are looking at a small time frame!!! (And even if your time frame is long, it needs to be the basis!)
