When you are past the induction phase, how many grams of carbs do you tend to eat a day?

My understanding is that you increase it gradually until you see that you can no longer lose weight. This is your setpoint target not to be exceeded

Thank you:) I am planning on going into phase two soon if the weightloss keeps up as good as it has been this week.

Wondering what people's net carbs are before they see themselves see weight loss stall.

If you have read any of the Atkins books, they state that you increase your carbs by 5 net carbs weekly (note not daily) ie. for week one you increase 5 grams of carbs for a total of 30net grams carbs the next week you up to 35..You do this until your weight loss stalls and this determines your carb load that you need to maintain to continue to lose weight. Note that you sill can't eat certain foods in OWL or stage II.

All this information is available online at the Atkins website.

You should also be adding carbs according to the carb ladder, not just any old way.
