Back - Lets get moving

Lets get this place up and running Been away on Nights for some time now.
Took a different position to move to days. I have gained so much weight.
Gonna start my old routine again.

30 Jumping Jacks
20 push ups
20 squats
30 crunches
20 high Knees
20 leg lifts
1 min Plank
1 min Wall Sit
Repeat 4-5 times
And finish with a 1 or 2 mile Brisk (fast paced) walk.
