Has anyone found a protein drink that they can use as a meal replacement?
Im not so interested in the boxes of protein powders that get added to something else.
Im looking for something that is pre-made and bottled, and contains high protein, while having less than 5grams of sugar, and less than 3g of fat.
I was told not to buy the ones that are marketed as "Meal Replacements" like Boost and Ensure because they contain too much sugar.
I have found the "GNC Pro Performance® Lean Muscle Meal - Chocolate Milkshake". This has 5g of fat in each serving.
How much should these cost? The ones I am finding are 4-5 dollars each. That sounds like a lot.
Does anyone eat or drink anything else in between?
Suggestions from people that have gone through this would be greatly appreciated.
