Keto/Low carb turkey chowder

Just thought I'd share this as a meal alternative to regular meat and veggies.
I made this in my crock pot. Started yesterday with water and meaty turkey bones ( left from Christmas) in crock for about 8 hours.
Removed meat and deboned and returned to pot. in fridge overnight. This morning before work I added red pepper flakes, salt, seasoning salt, some minced onion, parsley. I go home for lunch and I added chopped celery, broccoli, cauliflower, chicken broth and bacon bits. When I got home I pureed with my hand blender and then added the cream. DELICIOUS!!

Fat will be more as I used the skin on the turkey to make the broth.

Campbell's - Chicken Broth, 1 container (1 3/10 cups ea.)
Generic - Roasted Turkey White Meat No Skin, 12.34 oz
1 Stick Large - Celery, 2.6 stick 55g
Broccoli - Raw, 324 g
Generic - Cauiflower, 258 g
Dairyland - Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 Cup
Hormel - Bacon Bits, 3 tbsp
