Why is it thrilling? Because I am going to change it up completely
Also this pic is when I was 34 and in Cape Cod with my then gf who is now my wife.

Side Kicks both legs 250----50 so far
Squats 16lbs 100----40 so far
Tricep kickbacks 8lbs 100---- 45 so far
Front Kicks 250---- 50 so far

    Good start and great photo, sims. You looked happy then and now. Cape Cod must be a beautiful place.

    This Thursday is thrilling for me because my college classes have started again and I have a paper due tomorrow. The whole thing with fitness is to fit it in during work and school.

    My goals:
    Going to be a low day to give my arms a rest.
    50 triceps dips: 15
    50 granny push ups: 15
    50 push ups on the stairs: 10
    50 squats: 25
    3 planks: 1

    Planning to walk to work soon. My dog's arthritis is bothering her -- she sees the vet tomorrow. We might drive to work today if she has problems on the walk.

    DH and I got a one hour hike in the early afternoon, and a 40 minute hike at sunset.

    My upper body is aching all over from the push ups I've been doing.... I have a half-and-half body, in shape legs and no strength in my arms. Hopefully I can change that this year -- 2014, THE YEAR OF THE ARMS!

    I was hoping to do some pushups today but I'm giving my shoulder one more day of rest.

    Nice job everyone.
    not hurt just fatigued... will be fine Friday and plan on doing lots
    of push ups.. Might just do 1000 and skip everything else.

    Everybody needs a day of rest, sims, and you've earned yours!

    I am still aching from my little bit of exercise. Just tells me how out of shape I am... pacing myself is important. This is a long term effort.
