Somebody Please Help !!

Hello All,

I am looking for some excercises which gets rid of belly fat. I am going to the gym twice a day. In the morning I do cardio for 30 minutes then lift weights for 20. At night I go back and do 45 minutes of cardio. I am toning up and losing weight, however I cant seem to lose my belly fat. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

it always seem like the area of the most problems will be the last to go. Just keep doing your cardio and weight lifting. try to keep your carbs low. belly fat starts in the kitchen. keep going! don't give up!

You cannot spot lose. Just keep with the deficit and EVENTUALLY it will hit the area you are concerned about.

Thanks for the advice. I have tracked my weight each day for a month and have found when I eat less than 1400 calories a day, I lose weight. I will just keep plugging along. Hopefully my stomach will start shrinking. I am in a compitiion with my siblings and I intend to win. The money will be good but bragging rights will be priceless.

Just some advise if I may. Loss weight for yourself and your heath, not for bragging rights. Don't weigh yourself everyday once a week should do it...I don't know what your stats are but find your tdee and - 20%. for your calories! good luck my fitness friend

Pilates and other core strengthening exercises will help you stand taller and hold your belly in, but like others have said, cardio and calorie reduction will get rid of the rolls :)

Couldn't agree with this more. Our bodies fluctuate too much for daily weight checks. I know...I was once addicted to the scale. I finally got myself cut back to every two weeks and was much happier with seeing 4,5,6lbs than seeing .4
