30 days on track Challenge

NOW THIS IS MY PLAN... whats yours??? you define what works for you and join me

today is my daddys birthday in his honor and for myself I am committing to 30 days clean eating. nutrient dense eating no popcorn, hot choc, pretzels, slivers of cake, few bites of a cookie.. nothing that is not EAT TO LIVE compliant.
which usually means i make myself.

i have been bouncing in the 160's over a month now.. its time to get out of the 160's.. i know some of you have been slipping and sliding as well.

so join me. lets focus on the power of 3,- you define what that is for you,

clean eating.. no junk.. i defined what that means to me lots of GBOMBS healthy fats, nuts, veg,. nuts to be measured out.

30 min of exercise 6 days a week unless im so sick i cant hold my head up.. no excuses..- excuses and results you cant have both at the same time.

water- 82 oz.. half my body weight.lets give this a go

with God in the center of my plan im taking care of me
