What's the activity of choice?

What's everyone doing for a 30 min activity? Walk? Run? Bike? Gym? I'm trying to get back into running....using the runtastic app to track how far I go. It's so nice to have that thing tell me specifically how far I've gone (or not gone) than to guess.
