What's everyone doing for a 30 min activity? Walk? Run? Bike? Gym? I'm trying to get back into running....using the runtastic app to track how far I go. It's so nice to have that thing tell me specifically how far I've gone (or not gone) than to guess.
So, I started on my water cosumpion today! Man, that is a long walk to the bathroom (15 times today!) Good luck, everyone!!! (Until you start to beat me, and then I am slipping cheese fries in your mouth when you aren't looking.
