I am excited and READY to start being held accountable.

So, in open honesty.... please ask me how I am doing with my goals this week. Here are my personal goals this week: Exercise at least 3 times this week, drink at least 48 oz - 64oz of water daily, take the stairs 2 times and make food choices that is healthy for me. I realize that this may not seem like huge goals but I have not been doing anything with food or exercise so this week, this is a start for me. I typically try and meet these lofty goals and never do.... so each day I will have a goal and each week as well.

I am excited to see how we all do! Goooooo Ussssss! :)
