Hello everyone,
I have just completed my first week on Atkins and I am feeling great!
Down 7 lbs and I am finally 'over the Atkins Flu'
I was wondering if you had any little tips, secrets, etc to your success you could share?
(those strips I saw mentioned somewhere, what is too much cheese, multi vitamin suggestions, etc)

Keeping an eye in protein cal vs fat cal. Sometimes people forget how important fat is to maintain fat loss going. It will get stalled if you go high protein and low fat.0
