Spreadsheet Maintenance and Pep Talk

Many thanks to our member who laid in advanced logic formulas in the spreadsheet that automates alot of the stuff I was doing manually. I got a note from whomever it was but I can't seem to find it and I don't remember who did it. Please come forward and take a bow. I may need your help to ensure the transfer to the February tab goes smoothly.
As for the group, I think we have some great things happening, the BMI codes are really interesting to me (at least), I think it adds to drama of the race (nerd alert). There are some folks going the wrong direction, I attribute that to dehydration on our initial weigh-in's, I think those that are serious will start to show real progress this week.
We have some folks not logging their weights. If you are MFP friends with them, give them a nudge and see if they will come back in the fold. If I have folks that don't log for the entire month they will not be carried forward in the next month's tab on the spreadsheet. Like Christmas, we lost a good percentage of the group each month until we got down to the true, now thinner believers.
Keep going, we are getting our stride here in mid-January. Keep logging and keep your net calories within budget, you will see the scale change if you keep at it. Plateau's are a wonderful pause to enjoy the view and then come crashing down from in a hurry. Expect it. :smokin:

Yes, only you can calculate your BMI since we don't know your height. The BMI tab on the spreadsheet has the formula, just type in your height and weight and voile'! Alternatively, the BMI calculator under the APPS menu on the website does the same thing.0 -

No problem at all. I was always a numbers geek. Combining an old hobby with my new one (w/l and fitness) is really enjoyable.
I'll take a look at moving over the data for February.0 -
Columns B (% achieved), D (Starting BMI) and F (Goal BMI) were set up with conditional formatting. When the numbers change, the colors will automatically get updated.0
