Just wanted to share an update on the P part of ETP. Approaching 1 year of lifting and I'm pretty pleased so far. Still dealing with shoulder issues so the press work is slow, but progressing. Hit my original 1RM goals on DL, bench and OHP and probably a month out on squat. Life is good. Thanks ETP.

What is that you are using to graph your lifts, if I may ask?

Yeah, I totally need to do this. It would be very handy to gauge progress over time, "plateaus", etc.

I plot max weight lifted that day, so it doesn't track reps. For example, if it's 5 day and the last set is 225 lbs, then I just plot 225 lbs. That's why it bounces around following the 5/3/1 progression.

I have thought about plotting the calculated 1RM for each lift and plotting that in addition to the actual weight. I think as the weights get heavier, that would be useful information.Just haven't gotten around to it.
