    Optional Physical Mini-Challenge:
    40 Push-ups DONE!!!

    Optional Food Mini-Challenge:
    No candy, soda, chips, etc. this week. Only healthy food. DONE!!!

    Optional Mental Mini-Challenge:
    No new updates.

    I completely forgot to check for this....So no push ups

    Had candy and chips this week but starting today decided to do a 2 week low carb/sugar challenge posted on FB

    Updates on Resolutions...Going strong on the water still....started getting back into exercising again but need to cut back on the chips again

    As many push-ups as you can do each day this week. Modified okay. 2 sets of 30 = 60 total. :flowerforyou:

    Optional Food Mini-Challenge:
    No candy, soda, chips, etc. this week. Only healthy food. NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!! At least not anytime soon!!! :bigsmile:

    Give us updates on your resolutions. STILL NO SODA...YAHOO!! Almost a whole month!!! :drinker:
