Physical Challenges
5 Points (Worked out at least 30 minutes on 1/14, 1/15 and 1/17)
5 Points (Extra work out time on 1/15 did an additional 26 minutes)
0 Points (No strength training OFFICIALLY this time around)
5 Points (Every work out includes calisthenics of Squats, Abs, Push Ups)
Health Challenges
0 Points (Tried an new food, but nothing was healthy about it, not worth the points to be fair)
0 points (I tried the water but at best I think I did 2 cups a day so no points for any days)

Ive already got a headache and Im giving my self one a worse one lol. I think you got more for the extra points cuz of the extra working out. The way you put it should be more.....For the next one Ill be more clear on how to count the points up

Okay, I see what you are saying...for every day that I did over 15 minutes extra, I should have given myself more points...i.e. 1/15 + 31 = 10 points that day instead of 5 points. I can redo my points count. I will just edit that post to show the correct points. Thanks for clearing that up for me....I just didn't want to give myself more points than I actually earned. I hope your headache goes away.

add extra points for each time you did something extra for example like you strength trained 3 days so 5 points each day....also an extra 5 points for each additional 15 minutes of working out so for an hour you get 20 extra points0 -
i didnt do too well this week...Only got 44 points also remember the points are just another motivation to keep on track of doing things0
