I haven't run in a number of years and would like to use this plan to augment my existing fitness program. Here are a few questions I have for getting started:
1) How do you mark the distance? Do you drive somewhere using the odometer, run on a track or use some kind of device?
2) How are you signaling your interval times? Is there a phone app or other means to count down the minutes?
3) What type of terrain are you running on? (I have a lot of hills and have to drive to get to a place that's reasonably "flat.")
4) For the "run" part of the interval, are you running "all out" or at a jogging pace?
