This thread will be for those like me who struggle with weekends :grumble:
This is where you want to come to and RELEASE either before you stumble or after.....hopefully before because there will ALWASYS be someone on standby to vent to :happy:
Each week this group will enlist the help of one of our members to be on standby on this thread, this week I will be available :happy:
Maybe the "go to guy" will be able to help prevent stumbling by giving some good sound advice and encouragement to fend off bingeing :smokin:
So remember there is always someone to turn to, someone to help see you through the difficult times and the weak moments

Well, I faltered a little today, it is not even dinner time and I only have 164 calories left for the day. I went to a funeral and they catered Italian food. Then after the service, we went back to the house and they put out even MORE food. I was good and only have a tiny bit at the house, but I over did it a little at the lunch
I guess I will have to work out even more today in order to be able to eat a good dinner.
Tomorrow is also going to be hard because I will be going to the movies and then out to dinner, but at least tomorrow I will be with others who are also trying to watch what they eat.0 -
littlemzkitty it's ok that you faltered a little today....we are going to have to realize that there will always be situations in our lives such as funerals, weddings, holidays when we won't stay within out calories .....but....it sounds like you have it under control in that you plan on working out extra to make up for the extra calorie consumption.
Don't fret my pal cause that could potentially cause you to stress eat and you certainly don't want to do that!
Keep your head up pal...it will all be good.....water and work out!!!0 -
My Saturday was pretty bad, food wise. Today I'm back on track! If only I had someone around who would smack me in the head every day to keep my mind on what the heck I'm doing!0
