Do you want to commit to framing your day, with 20 minutes of bodywork in the morning and 10 minutes of grace in the evenings? This would be in addition to your exercise routine.
Your morning routine could be yoga, reiki, qigong, ballet barre or other work of a similar nature. Your evening routine could be giving gratitude, meditation, affirmations, prayer, chants, toning or other practices of a similar nature.
