Types of Yoga
What types of yoga are you doing? Is there a specific meditation tape, music, etc that you use also. So far my meditation has just been to work on breathing and silencing the mind.....I need to learn more, practice more so that this because a very productive part of my wellness routine.
Yoga question?
I’m new to yoga & had shoulder surgery in December. I’m just wanting to get better at it but it really hurts when I do certain poses on my shoulder. Any suggestions.

Yoga for relaxation videos?
I am a newbie to the group!! :) I am not new to yoga but I have only taken classes for power and ashtanga which are both very energizing. Could anyone recommend some online yoga videos or dvds that are good for bedtime/relaxing yoga? Thanks!

What a great idea for a group! I began meditation about a year ago, mostly by just concentrating on my breath. It has been hugely beneficial in relieving arthritis pain. How does meditation benefit you?
I am a comfort eater, or should I say comfort overeater. If I am stressed especially I tend to overeat or turn to comfort food. When I meditate daily it helps me keep my stress under control and has helped me eat more mindfully. How does meditation help you?
Nice to have a prod to return to meditation
I will return to mediation by doing 10 minutes after waking and 10 minutes in upon going to bed. I am currently doing 10-20 minutes of various salut sun routines 5-6 mornings a week. Perhaps I can aspire to do a side plank by mid April?
