Nice to have a prod to return to meditation

I will return to mediation by doing 10 minutes after waking and 10 minutes in upon going to bed.

I am currently doing 10-20 minutes of various salut sun routines 5-6 mornings a week. Perhaps I can aspire to do a side plank by mid April?
