Steps to drink more water:

1. Drink a pint of water when you get up in the morning
2. Drink 1/2pint to a pint before every meal
3. Drink water with coffee wherever possible as coffee dehydrates you
4. Fill up a 1 litre bottle and keep it with you at all times
5. If you are at work, make it a habit to get up every 20 minutes and get you a glass of water which can act as a break too.
