Hi
Currently my bodyfat is at around 24%
I want to decrease this, and I also want to gain some muscle.
Am I better off continuing to eat at a deficit with strength training until I get to a lower bf% then increase my calories to gain muscle, or increase my calories to gain muscle first then try to decrease my bf%?

How are you determining your BF%?
Generally, and unless you have a lot lower muscle mass than average, we do not recommend bulking at a BF% of greater than 20%. As such, we would suggest that you continue to eat at a deficit until a lower BF% before deciding to bulk.0 -
I have a scale that gives me a bodyfat estimate, and I used a couple of the online calculators you suggested which all gave me about the same %0

Both of those estimation methods can be pretty inaccurate. If you want us to do a BF assessment for you please feel free to post in the assessment thread.0
